Commercial Law
Transactions review, research, negotiation, representation. Contracts, sale of goods, building agency or distribution agreements, banking, insurance, finance, partnership, bankruptcy, and taxation. Assist clients with navigating the Uniform Commercial Code. Represent civil litigants (plaintiffs and defendants).
Health Care Law
Risk management, informed consent, confidentiality, and bioethical/right to die issues, assisted reproduction, and health care decision-making. Medicare and Medicaid fraud, abuse and payment issues, telemedicine, and health reform issues. Represent health care providers before federal and state agencies.
Immigration Law
Assist businesses with in navigating the visa system to bring in skilled immigrant workers legally. Assist immigrant clients with their naturalization process, refugee and asylum seekers, and other who have entered the country without the proper documentation.
